I have had previous clinics hurt me while in a visit, from poking at my gums, to causing lacerations while cleaning, to aggressive dentists and assistants, to rude staff. Solace is neither of that, they are the friendliest and most welcoming staff ever! Dr. Emad is the best!!! I was genuinely scared & the staff has been very understanding and does great work! I would give them 10 stars if I could. From the receptionist to the dental assistant. I came in with pain that was caused by another dentists work. He had to drill out the two cavities that was causing me pain and replace the fillings. Immediately after the Novocain wore off… I could tell the pain was gone. So grateful we found them!

Had my 2nd cleaning done here. Denise, my hygienist, did a fantastic job. She was very kind and thorough. The dentist & receptionist are also very nice & accommodating. If you’re looking for a great thorough cleaning go see Denise. Its hard to find a good hygienist with great bed side manners. The dentist knows he has great staff because they are in the process of expanding to the suite next to them as well…so don’t mind the light construction going on.

Once I met Dr. Zaidi, I felt safe, heard and super comfortable. He wasn’t aggressive or rough with cleaning my teeth. Through the cleaning process, he kept asking if I was okay. Dr. Zaidi is a great dentist - my Husband and I just love having him as our dentist. He spends the time, and I feel genuinely cared about. He makes sure there’s no pain, and he explains what he’s doing - and why. Dr. Zaidi is personable - and wants to be “in touch” with his patients. There was some mix up with the pharmacy, and I left a voicemail message thinking someone would call me the next business day. Nope - just a little bit later it was Dr. Zaidi who called, worked it out with the pharmacy, then called me back with an update. Awesome! He hires really polite and personable front desk support - always friendly and helpful. For the first time yesterday I saw a hygienist, and it seems that she did a really thorough job. I’m a handful when at the dentist - skiddish and jumpy in fear of pain or discomfort. She is just learning me - and me her - and will hopefully become a bit more patient in time. Dr. Zaidi sets the patience, caring, tolerant bar extremely high … and so I’m adjusting to a new personality. All in all I am so happy to have found Dr. Zaidi. He’s knowledgeable and good as a dentist, but he’s also a really kind and decent, hard working, respectful, man with a young family, that he speaks of with such love and adoration. He demonstrates that he cares greatly about his patients … wouldn’t EVER think of going anywhere else - my Husband and I consider Dr. Zaidi and his team a major part of our healthcare family!

Okay so it has been a week and 3 days since I’ve had all my wisdom teeth removed plus bone graph and let me tell you! They are all so nice and informative. Recently moved to Bolingbrook, and needed to find new Dental Clinic for check up and teeth cleaning. Wow, this is best teeth cleaning experience I had. Sabrina is amazing, she explained many steps that she was doing as she was doing them so it was cool to learn something. Also, first time teeth cleaning with 0 bleeding and no pain! I am definitely coming back for my routine teeth cleaning. Also Dr. Zaidi was really nice and easy to talk to. He did my teeth check up and explained everything. the service here was absolutely incredible! this was my first time at a dentist’s office for some period of time, but i was pleasantly surprised by the kindness of the staff and doctor. they helped me through every step of the process of how to clean my teeth properly and how to avoid getting any cavities in the future. the staff here quite honestly went above and beyond anything i could’ve expected. i had accidentally dropped my wallet in the parking lot as i was hurrying out, so when i called them asking if i dropped my wallet in the building, the staff went out of their way to search the parking lot where i had parked, and found my wallet, all while it was raining. this community has the incredible fortune of the staff working for them, and i’m excited to return as a patient in the future.

I did a search on google for a dentist and Solace dental was the first one that came up that looked promising. I made an appointment for my husband and I right away. The clinic itself is very clean, polished, and looks recently renovated. I was greeted by a pair of very inviting receptionists who helped me fill out my paperwork. I normally don’t post, but I have to say I read excellent reviews about Dr. Zaidi so I decided to try out Solace. I was very pleased. He didn’t rush, didn’t push expensive procedures and ended up taking care of not only my chipped tooth (the reason I went in) but he took care of another problem I didn’t even tell him about. He actually asked me, based on my exam & X-rays if I was experiencing a problem with food getting caught in between my upper teeth. (yes, I was). He explained my filling was fractured so that was the cause. He cleaned my teeth, repaired the chip & replaced the fractured/old filling & I was on my way! That showed me he knew what he was doing! The next day No more food getting caught in between my teeth & my chipped tooth looks great I’ll definitely be going back.

I have been going to Solace Dental for about 10 years now. Now that Dr. Zaida has taken over the practice, I can't believe how easy he is on my teeth! I can barely feel it when I need a cleaning and he has such a gentle touch. On my last visit, I needed to replace my mouth guard and was thinking that they would put that funny, squishy gel stuff in my mouth to make the mold but no - that didn't happen! They used a device that scans your teeth and makes a digital picture of your mouth which then gets sent over to a company who makes it. So Cool! I sure love Dr. Zaida and the staff - they are all AMAZING! I would recommend for anyone to try Solace Dental as I know you won't be disappointed!

I've been a client here for quite a while. Originally came here when the place first opened when Dr. Cruz-Gonzalez came here from Loyola. I loved the kindness offered and the quality of the work performed. Since 2013, I've had my regular checkups, braces and teeth whitening done here. And occasionally I may have upset her a number of times because I didn't follow the regimen prescribed to get my teeth perfectly aligned. But that was only because she was dedicated to her craft. She was a sweetheart and it was sad to see her leave unexpectedly. I especially loved to opportunity she gave to future hygienists by providing the students learning experience working in her office. Dr. Zaidi has taken over the business and seems to be doing an excellent job. He came and greeted me in the waiting area and personally gave me an update on the status of the business and I very much appreciated that. It's difficult to get used to a new dentist after building a repoire with someone for so long. However, after 1 visit with the new Dr., I can assure you that loyal customers are in good hands. He seems to be very knowledgeable and competent and the business will remain successful. Also, there appears to be good deals in the window for whitening and other special services.

I had an amazing experience here at Dr. Zaidi's office! Everyone was very welcoming and kind. I called the receptionist to let her know I was running a couple minutes late and she was so sweet about it! There was barely any wait time as soon as you check in and if you do wait a few minutes then you can help yourself to the cutest little coffee bar they have to offer. The office itself was clean, professional and modern with its decor. The dental assistant that works along with Dr. Zaidi is beyond a sweetheart! She is so caring and makes sure that you are fully aware of every step she takes and wants to make sure you're comfortable as well. Dr. Zaidi himself is very professional but also keeps you entertained as well! The check up process was very smooth and quick. I loved that I was being informed every step of the way. I left the office feeling so much better and can't wait to go back! You won't find a better dentist I promise! :)
