The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, especially with scheduling and making everything easy to understand. Throughout the appointment, I always felt informed — they clearly explained what was going on clinically and were upfront about costs, which I really appreciated. Most importantly, the entire environment felt kind, supportive, and completely non-judgmental — something that can be hard to find in healthcare settings. Highly recommend!

Incredible office and staff. The experience started before I ever got there. The ladies on the phone are wonderful. Very kind and helpful. Very unlike most places today sadly. Then when I got there I met the same wonderful ladies at the front and everything again was beyond what I expected. Then after my interactions with the doctor and the wonderful lady doing the cleanings. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I am very very impressed and can't wait to come back. Update: And I did. Awesome. Dr emad zaidi is so incredible. What a wonderful man who really cares. The office is beautiful. They have expanded and it is gorgeous and modern and quite impressive

I have always feared going to the dentist. Now I love it!! Wish I had found this practice earlier in life. I don’t normally leave reviews. The doctor here really pays attention and is gentle if you are afraid and does an amazing job. I am so grateful. The service you receive here is hard to find.

Scheduled an emergency appointment after going to 3 other dental places in the area with no help or relief. Scheduling with Solace was fast and easy. The office is very well put together and always very clean. At my first appointment we did X-rays and diagnosed the issues and made a plan of how to take care of the issue. I walked out with my appointment scheduled and knowing all the next steps. I’ve now been back a few times to address my dental issue and the whole team has been nothing short of incredible. They’ve all been very kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in the first time. They’re very knowledgeable and professional, but most importantly they truly care and want to help.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Solace. Ease of making an appointment and checking in. Amanti is the best hygienist I've ever had, asking questions, caring, smart advice. The dentist was wonderful explaining the issue and next steps. All costs explained up front. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Just wonderful!

Everyone is so nice and welcoming and the new updates to the office is beautiful! They are gentle and consistently making sure you are ok while getting work done.They understand money troubles and help find the right treatment options to fit your budget. I live in Aurora and will not use anyone closer because there just isn’t another dentist like this place. If I could give more stars i would.

Solace Dental is the Best! They have helped me from my annual cleaning to my new journey with aligners! Dr. Emad, Jackie, Zaidy, and Denise are the best!! They have helped me at all times and are so welcoming! I would recommend this dentist to anyone and everyone! Solace dental group is the place to go for the best dentists ever. They are wonderful people, from the first step into their perfect clinic, and you will know that you are in the right place. Very professional, very friendly, wonderful with the kids, perfect treatments, and they literally have everything you could ask for a dentist clinic. I’ve been going for me and my kids now for almost two years, and couldn’t ask for more. Totally recommended.
